Personality Color - The Greens

The personality color green is the kind of person who loves more information. They are self-contained and indirect.

Sample occupations of a Green: Accountants, engineers, research ...

Greens tend to use a soft voice and are polite. They also tend to be conservative and dress formally.

Strengths: Organized, Persistent, Follow-through

Weaknesses: Over-analytical, hard to please, lonely

They dislike Pushy people, no facts, and being late!

When you're coaching a Green you may want to help them to be willing to make decisions. They sometimes overthink things! They can learn to listen to their gut feelings and go-with-it before they lose the opportunity. Teach them how to see the big picture.

Personality color Greens tend to be indirect, so one suggestion to a Green is to practice listening to people and then ask them questions after they talk. Another tip is to try to open up more to your friends and family. Tell them how you feel about them. They will love to hear it.

We all need a Green on our team! Greens are organized people, great planners, and their follow-through is VERY good!
