They tend to work as CEOs, Attorneys, Pilots, Military Colonels, Bank Presidents ...

Reds dress for success and their voice is forceful with volume.

Strengths: Focused, Goal Oriented

Weakness: Ego, Short-Tempered, Impatient, Un-teachable

Reds dislike Indecision, Chit-Chat, Losing Control

I teach school, and our school has hired a company to work with us to help raise those April State Test Scores. I showed the head leader of the company my paper on colors, and within ten seconds she handed me back the paper and told me, with a big smile, that she was a Red. I said, "Yes, you're the boss. We need Reds like you." She liked that.

People with the personality color Red are great producers and they are fabulous negotiators. Natural-born leaders. You want a Red on your team because they have confidence and take action. They know a lot of people, too.

Reds like to do things their way, so don't try to coach them unless they ask. Just be there for them when they're ready.
